Just a little about me. I'm Si, brother of AL n on here. I have been looking for inspiration on various plants and ideas for our patio garden. There are some fantastic gardens on here and some very knowledgeable people by the looks of it I'm into photography, my CBR1000rr and my Merlot. I'm quite partial to a nice G&T too, come summer time. Sheal, yes. I'm off to Verona in Italy on it in 3 weeks for my yearly pilgrimage, via Germany, Switzerland and France. I went to the TT 4 yrs ago and stayed with a mate just outside Ramsay. It was fab, although the ferry is extortionate.
Sounds like a great trip coming up for you! Yes, you're right about the ferry, the fares are put up just before TT and residents here don't get any special treatment price wise. The ferry isn't cheap outside of peak times either!
