Hoes

I'm going to be getting myself a hoe - any advice would be appreciated. :thumb:

I've seen the Swoe - which I read about somewhere else is very good. Anyone used one?

Do people prefer using a draw or dutch hoe?

 

Forget the swoe or dutch hoe. I use an ossiclating hoe...... once youve used one youll never use anything else, it self sharpens and works beutifully in all soils and ground conditions on both the push or pull :

Gosh! I've never seen anything like that - does the head move then?

How does it self sharpen?

The head oscilates with the ground. The pulling/pushing action sharpens the blade.
