    Welcome back Rosa

    Lovely pictures,looks like a beautifully serene part of the world. I do like the pictures of the locals going about their daily lives,by the way,what is that on the ladies head in the 2nd last picture?

    I also like the picture of the woman looking out to sea, it is one of those "I wonder what she is thinking" sort of pictures.

    The pics are lovely, the sunsets, the people ......

    The thing on the womans head is - I don't know what it is called - something to help balance her basket, even out the weight of it and acts as a puffer to her head.

    thanks kedigato, your right about that on her head to balance her baskets just couldnt think for a minute never noticed them before

    What a simple, and what looks like a happy life these people seem to lead, non of this `status and money` obsession which seems is so prevolant in this country.

    pip, goa is changing in the last 5 years the goan people are starting to get money hungry, prices are rising and the increase of burglaries are rising and some people are getting there handbags snatched by thiefs on bikes, its a shame, i feel this year its getting like turkey the sellers keep bothering the tourists.

    Hi Rosa,Love the photos especially the woman looking out to sea that one would look good framed,the couple sitting on the beach,the lady with her child sitting on the beach,the children,the sun shining through the palm tree and the boats and building ones.You have taken some great shots there and looking forward to seeing lots more [​IMG] [​IMG] :cool:
