    All finished in fridge mmmmmmmmmmm so tasty and a wee bit of brandy in mix.

    Recipe was in Morrisons Supermarket magazine used nice special choc half coated in choc powder and rest coated in chopped fresh hazelnuts.

    Own Christmas cake all iced and own xmas pies and shorties[​IMG]

    oohhhh!!! sounds divine. Pleeease could you post the recipe, as I didn't get a Morrisons magazine. (Or are you keeping it a secret all to yourself :hehe:)

    Jenn sorry forgot here is recipe now

    300g plain Choc 70%cocoa solids
    300ml double cream
    25g Butter
    4tbs of favourite liquer
    4tbls clear honey
    cocoa powedr to dust.


    1. Break choc in to small pieces,with cream and butter and then put in bowl of pan of boiling water to melt.

    2 Then cool until mixture thickens .

    3.Using clean hands take teaspoon of mixture roll into balls gets messy so can ware gloves.
    4 Leave in frideg for 30 mins then duse with cocoa powder of chopped nuts or coconut then put into sweet paper cases.

    Keep chilled eat within a week very mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm Enjoy.
