Home made lemonade

    Lemonade.

    2 lemons
    1 pint of boiling water
    Sugar to taste.

    Grate the rind from the lemons, being careful only use the zest.

    Put into a jug and pour over the boiling water

    Add the lemon juice and sugar.

    Leave until cold and if you don't like the zest in your drink, strain it.

    This is wonderful on a warm summer day, with added ice cubes.

      Me too,thanks..darrans on rwhites and i hate fizz but love the lemon :heehee: i use his used lemon slices and add water then put in fridge to chill ....recycling :spinning:
      i dont like robinsons lemon barley water either so thanks for the recipe :dbgrtmb:xx
