Homemade Chocolate

    6oz/150gs..Butter
    4oz/125gs..Cocoa
    Half tin...Condensed milk
    1tspn......Vanilla Essence


    Melt butter in saucepan & add milk & vanilla essence,heat for 5 mins(or until melted)
    Stir in cocoa & pour into a greased tin.
    When nearly cold mark into squares.

    Can add a few raisins & chopped nuts too.

    ... that's for t'other half, of course! He wouldn't want the nuts only the raisins! :rolleyes:

    It's the honest goodness truth ... I am NOT a chocie person but he is, although I will have an occasional taste ... perhaps once a month! [​IMG]
