Honey suckle prunning

    Good evening all.Last year i planted a honeysuckle and it grew like wild fire.When do i cut it back and how hard if at all.It's got loads of new leafs already showing!.Thanks verry much all the best....daz [​IMG]

    I have to confess to cuting mine back last week when the sun was shining, It's still thriving but I don't know if it is the right time. I planted it on it's side in the hedge so now I'm trying to train it to grow horizontally rather tahn vertically :D

    Sounds good celia thanks.I'm growing mine up a trellis ity looks fine but i did't know if i was to cut it back or not.all thge best...daz
