Honeysuckle gone peculiar

    On top of the drama re the rose, now I've started putting my specs on in the garden I've started to see things and wish I couldn't!
    The honeysuckle was growing well, but I found the flowers at the tips of shoots al black and crumbly. What is this and will it affect the clematis right next to it?
