Those devils, Cants of Colchester have sent me through a new rose catalogue today. Resistance was low and over lunch I fell in love again, so on my to buy list later this year I'll be starting with something slightly different. Rugosa 'Roseraie de L'Hay.

When I moved into my cottage I was determined to grow 'cottagy' perenials, but it was no good just didn't give me the satisfaction that growing roses does, so back on roses now albeit mostly small patio ones although I ordered another David Austin today!!!!
