A few birds seen in and around Alcudia, Mallorca last week.
Not a good time for birds but here are a few I did manage to see.

:) Oh lovely, lovely, lovely Clive and pleased to have you back ... xx

Our friends have Hoopoes nesting in their garden, have for years .. but they have lush grass and I understand that is something they like (the Hoopoes as well as our friends :heehee: ). I don't know as I don't have grass and they are not keen on the orchards. But we are overrun by the darling Little Owls, bless.

Thanks Vicky, Hoopoes do like grassy areas but also orchards, mainly Almond and Olive but anywhere where there is an abundance of insects.
I only saw four, more disappointing was that I didn't see one lizard and only one Gecko.
