horrified over site selling pets

hi all hope your all well :thumb:

i just wanted to have a little rant over a website selling pets that i had a look at yesterday just out of interest i put in staffordshire bull terrier :(

1,137 adverts came up so i decided to sit there and go through 46 pages

i am disgusted to find that in every adult dog they were trying to flog which i must say were mostly bitches

the description !

ages over 2
good with kids other dogs bla bla bla

then

GREAT FOR BREEDING ! has already had 2-3 litters of pure true to breed pups :(

re-homing due to moving in rented accomadation and not able to take the dog with them

in one of the pictures the poor little girls teats were nearly touching the floor i imagine from having litter after litter

there description should say

bought this made a packet off it and now don't want it

them poor poor animals i wish i could have them all and give them a proper life

i believe in what goes around comes around and i pray these people get theres.

I don`t think there`s a place for dog breeders in our society any more. But people do still keep demand up, and do keep parting with hundreds of pounds just to get a certain look, or a certain behaviour.

 

its a very sad world we live in at the mo

i found this the other day these people well i call them people (scum) ! should be put down along with the dogs

 

How disgusting CW. I watch 'Animal Cops Houston/Detroit (whatever)' on TV and they have been to 'puppy farms' - terrible places. As you say, these people have no interest in the animals at all. It's all to do with money.

Good on the people that keep fighting to close these places.

i hate it its horrible i don't understand these people who do these things i know it happens to most breeds but when i was a young kid staffys were very few and far between and now we are over run with them

and they are putting them down as they have mostly been bred for fighting by these low life scum bags that if they got hit by a train would't be soon enough in my book i just hope someone miss treats them whe they are unable to help themselves.

i totally love the breed and am so upset that i am unable to help them apart from rescuing our rosie

its about time someone did something to stop these people but i doubt they ever will just hope one of the dogs they have miss treated takes a few chunks of of them

borrowers i watch that too on the animal channel im suprised me tv is still in 1 lol
