    Well, we knew it was coming given the levels in the reservoirs observed by a couple of friends two weeks ago.
    It's just a bit of an inconvenience. Last time I used the "two watering cans system," one filling whilst I was pouring the other on the garden.

    But if the worst comes to the worst there's some technology we might be able to call up.

    And to think, if they managed their water and plumbing better, made all the required repairs and invested in a higher standard of maintanence this could possibly be avoided.
