How terribly sad Kandy. Unfortunately Crematoriums are just a production line run to a tight time schedule. They're not designed to care for the bereaved. My heart goes out to that poor mother.
That is truly horrible. I don't mind admitting that it brought a tear to my eye reading the story. How can anyone be expected to watch the clock when saying their final farewell to their own child. I'm truly disgusted.
kandy thats shocking, it just goes to prove how money orientated these places are, mind at least she got a refund but having to go through that ordeal anyway is horendous for that mother, totally disgusting
