    How do i make strawberry rassberry and plum jams?

    Is that raspberry and Plum jam or is it raspberry jam and plum jam(separate)?

    Can pass on a recipe for rhubarb and orange jam.

    Find a recipe and then remember that to get it to set it must be boiled at a very high temperature and have enough pectin. I seem to remember that strawberries have very little pectin so you add lemon juice. I think my mother's recipe was equally weights of strawberries and sugar with lemon juice. When I was a child there was a product called 'Certo' which was pure pectin. It made the jam set but had an unpleasant after-taste. Must be loads of recipes on the web. Just remember high temperature (rolling) boiling.

    There is special jam sugar that you can use. That's what I usually do!
