How do you describe a concept that is all you know?

Somebody has asked me to describe would I would expect from a job if I lived in a perfect world.

I know exactly what I want. I've always known exactly what I want. You know when you don't just 'know' something, but its who you are and what you're about, how do even start to summarise that into a few short sentences?

I'm stumped.

 

It is never going to be a perfect world - A job fulfilling most of your qualities in an ideal location, hours of work, collegues or no collegues, financial reward, benefit/bonuses that would incentivate you etc.

 

I just want to be like Mr and Mrs Weir
I think then I would not have any stress at all
