How long is it safe to keep cold turkey?

Cooked turkey Monday and what's left has been kept in the
fridge just taking it out each day to cut a few slices.

It still looks good but is it safe to eat today, Friday?
Just enough to make a few sandwiches for lunch but rather
than risk food poisoning I would bin it.

Is 4 days in the fridge too long?

I usually keep it in the fridge for a week. that is 7 days. By then it is suffeciently picked at. Then I trim off what is left and make a Turkey pot pie for the freezer, and then whatever treetreetreetree stuff then is done it goes to the cats. And then I take all the bones, with any trailing meat on it, and put it in a pot of water and simmer it for a good 3 to 4 hours. From that I get brooth for the freezer, and use later.
