I think i am having a bit of a dippy day today

Mums border is far too high and i need to get rid os alot of soil. No rubbish system for soil here and no skip option as i am doing it on a budget.
any suggestions? Its nice and i did consider storing it in compost bins but the only viable solution seems to be to bag it but i dont know how its condition would deteriorate?oh dear i think i need one of these:ccheers:

You could put a notice outside offering it, or freecycle.

Be certain of what soil you are disposing of, ie. dont dump the top soil, remove the top 12 inches and get shot of the stuff under that.
My local tip takes bagged up soil/rubble etc.
I've dumped fairly large amounts of broken up concrete by this method using the car, you just have to be persistent and keep at it, one car full at a time.

I've tried freecycling soil in the past with mixed results. In the heat of summer everyone wants it but in the autumn/winter time no one wants it. Picking up soil is a massive job for someone through freecycle and I've had several people messing me around when they realize how big a job it is.Although I had a couple show up with a trailer and took 2-3 tons of the stuff in two trips.

If you can wait until the summer to freecycle it.

                      Or

If you're lucky you may have a local charity/community project who would be looking for soil for raised beds in their garden. That's how I got rid of mine in the end (although they haven't picked it up yet).

If someone could deliver ... I'd take any and all on offer! Simply to raise my garden up so I no longer have a lake where the lawn should be :cry3:
