This is somewhat difficult to say in English for me, feel free to "correct"

    a) I have filled my pond, named St Angelos Pond, with regular tap water

    b) The water comes from a sligthly acidic lake (no calcareous bedrock in my area at all)

    c) I have planted my lilly, the Nymphaea Pygmaea Rubra "Red Pygmy", in regular clay I have found in a nearby stream, topped with regular garden soil

    d) The lily /clay is put in a plastic basket and put on bottom of St Angelos Pond (my pond) - no fertilizer added!

Q: Should I add some extra "food" / Fertilizer to the lily or the Pond water itself?.

    Hi

    I woudnt feed this year

    Couple of questions

    1. How deep in the water have you planted it ????

    2. how tall are the leaves ???

Google the name of the plant and see what depth it likes growing at .

Do what I said in your other post about slowly getting to the right depth over the summer as this will help it grow

    1. How deep in the water have you planted it ????

--- Approx 40 cm, the basket is 10 cm high, leaving 30 cm for the lily

    2. how tall are the leaves ???

-- Approx 5 cm x 10 cm on a 30 cm stem, they are just about floating on the surface. 2 - two - leaves at the moment, one more is on the way...
