The fence is south facing and is under a small apple tree. I would like something tall that would distract from the fence. Any suggestions very welcome.

Trachelospermum Who am I?. Classy climber, lovely foliage, evergreen, well behaved, scented white flowers in summer.:)
I would also add a couple of clematis ......viticella etoille Violeta and Prince Charles both giving long flowering impact :)

Lots of ways, but they take time.

    Try a wisteria.

Lots of foliage once the blooms have gone

I removed the lower branches to allow light to get to dahlias in the late summer.

Thank you folks. I like the Jasmine and Clematis idea. I already have 8 bamboos and 3 Wisteria. I had Trachelospermum in a previous property and really liked it. Had completely forgotten about it so it's looking like fav. Thanks again Verdun and Doghouse.
