how to insert photos for id?

    I'm trying to start a new thread to identify a plant, but I don't know how to insert the photo. I tried to copy and paste it from My Documents, but the paste option wasn't available when I got back to the message board. I thought about sending it as an attachment, but the posting rules say that attachments aren't allowed. Can anyone help?
