    1) sing in automatically when you visit the forum
    2) see your own posts in the "what's new" list arrangements

    ???

    1. Tick the box next to the log in button.

I want to find a post that I did in the Tomato growing 2012 thread. I want to find the one where I sent a photo of my first bowl of picked fruit. Can I do a personal search of only my entries in this thread?
    thanks,
    Jenny

In the red bar at the top "... User Name-Inbox-Alerts ..." hover the pointer over your user name and a drop box comes down with two columns. In the right hand column, four down, is "Your Content", click on that and it will show you all your entries from all the threads you have posted in.

    HTH :)

This is a function that i find pretty useful. You can set the keyword as well the name of the member posting it if you remember it.
I find it also useful in case i happen to find a well written page on something and I decide to post it without opening a new thread.

    2) you could try "Spy"; that will show up the latest 20 or so posts; other than that, you could try the advice I've given Jenny above. Ok, so not the "What's New" list, but an alternative, perhaps? :dunno:

But I want to search ONLY that specific thread. ie Tomato growing 2012. I would like to view only my posts,by date, and by content. To search all the boxes going right back takes ages and I lose interest after about an hour!!

Bless you Ziggy, have had a few minutes fun looking at the thread thru' June and July. it all seemed such fun then! I planted them out on June 5th and they were ripening on 28th July when we started to pick them regularly. Not bad I suppose, still about one week's worth left.
Please, how did you manage to fix it*** for me Jim? Ziggy?

Just tried to narrow the search. Jenny Namaste > Tomatoes > Edible Gardening > Display Results as Posts & not Threads.
