I have been doing lots of potting up today, sitting outside my greenhouse, and look what I see as I do it!

150' long and 16' wide- mostly grass! I get a bit of exercise just going to the greenhouse. Cottage is tiny though, only 5 small rooms. When I came the garden was 2/3 grass and 1/3 shoulder high weeds and rubbish. How's yours doing? Are you having grass or something else?

Slug free so far with the aid of copper tape round the pot, alpine grit in the pot and aluminium sulphate sprinkled on the grit- works as long as nothing overhangs them so slugs can climb across.
Fluffy cat is my little fluffy dog Bud- for cat see latest posting in non gardening!
The red plant is Fuschia Autumnale hardening off after winter in the green house- it's growing really red this year.
I'm told decking is no longer the in thing, but I couldn't manage any more grass, and i didn't want concrete. ;)
