I bought a couple of empty basket-ware conical wall plant holders yesterday and forgot to ask the question about drainage.
Do you leave it to hold water or does it need a drainage hole in the plastic liner?
They are about 18 inches deep by 10 inches diameter.
    Any advice would be welcome

    Thanks

Yes a few drainage holes are required..in case of overwatering or heavy rain. Either way you dont want waterlogged plants.
