I could use some help identifying this if anyone has any ideas.
I picked it out of one of the plants that I got from Hill House, and must admit that I wonder if I've been nurturing a weed all summer!
Quite slow growing despite having been in the conservatory. The leaves are papery and hairy.

    hello

looks a bit like like Tellima grandiflora to me - can be a weed, but sometimes useful for growing where nothing else dares........

I've got lots of these. I thought it was a tiarella, but having looked it up, tiarellas look like they've got lots of heuchera sap flowing in their veins. I think this is in the same family but less showy.

Anyway, I like it. A little bit weedy, maybe, but a very willing grower, even in shade, and often has the most delicious perfume in Spring. And you will always have lots to give away! I think it is hardy, so probably doesn't need cosseting
