I was given two little green plants a few weeks ago and put them into the garden. They came without a name - as usual! One has now flowered and the other is on its way. What are they please peeps and can I collect seed and increase them for next year and will they come back themselves next year?

People are very kind to me here and give me stuff all the time - I just wish some of it came with names [IMG] I usually get - "This is nice - it's pink". That's it !

    I'd say it's a Zinnia.

I think I will go with the Zinnia as I don't think my friend would have anything so exotic as a Tithonia. I've read up on it and I can collect some seeds and have some more next year.

Thank you again one and all. :D :D
