    Get them going in the greenhouse, then feed like crazy and put them outside, before they get leggy.
    Yes in full sun, they wont be woppers, but I bet they still flower, but late.

    O.K. What's it worth for us not to tell BBM that naughty daddy didn't put a stake in the pot :D

    Looking at the plants I'd be tempted to try putting a stake in and pulling them upright. They may come away again. If that fails a snip at the bend just above a leaf joint might work and produce a two headed SF.

    And hedge your bets with Pete's suggestion.

    My guess is that staking the plants and supporting the bent part with a splint should get them growing straight again. Once it gets strong enough then you can remove the splint to allow growth.

    It's only a dead stick if it's dry and crispy, all the while it's green there's hope.

    Agree with Frogesque and Jay.
    I sowed some sunflower seeds recently in the greenhouse, they germinated within 2 days and are now 3" high: I am just hoping for seedheads for the birds before winter.
