Yes I had a dog called Rush. Last March, a few weeks before my birthday we had my dog of nearly nineteen years put down, I had her since she was 5 weeks old. I was in tears when the vet came and I had her put to sleep at home. Always a hard one to do and I probably left it till the very last moment but she had a good life. We buried her in the front garden of the old house, in hind site i wish I had had her cremated.

Was your whippet put down yesterday? So sorry when ever it was.

Hi, boygardener. Sorry to hear of your loss.

Also, sympathies to you as well, Johnny, on the loss of Rush last March.

There is a thread currently going called "some advice please" by rudy. You'll find lots of members thoughts here regarding this agonising situation to be in.

    [IMG] to you both.
