we have now gone from this to this and I am very proud of my efforts. I have a red camellia to plant as well but am waiting to put the arbour up in a different bit of the garden before deciding where to put it. it will be back left somewhere.

obviously my numerous wildflower seeds and bulbs haven't grown yet (what is there growing in the ground I believe are bluebells as they are apparently everywhere in the garden but I won't know for sure until they flower as I am really pretty clueless)

Gardens looking good Keinnaf. Just beware of the bluebells, they self seed everywhere including the lawn. I dig them out whenever possible, other than that I break off the flower heads before they go to seed. Weedkiller won't get rid of them! :)

    Thanks Sheal

I had noticed there were what looked like bluebell leaves appearing on the edge of the lawn (we extended it slightly last year with a strip of turf and looks like the bluebells like it)

thought we weren't supposed to interfere with bluebells in this country?
