Sorry about the quality of the picture.
I believe this is a fushcia but what one? The flowers are barely half an inch long with a darker pink tube and lighter pink petals. the plant grows to approx. 20'' high (not sure if this is it's correct height as the dogs stood on it the first year. It has just started flowering and will be a mass of flowers right through to december. I have tried to look it up in the RHS plant book. The nearest I have come to it is 'Tom Thumb' or 'Lady Thumb' but the flower colours do not match. Any ideas??

I think it's a Triphylla fuchsia, but don't know which one as I haven't got any. It has the distinctive long tube, which isn't so pronounced in Genii, and also it doesn't appear to have the bright lime foliage.

Having looked at it again, I don`t think it is a Fuchsia. I think it`s a Phygelius.

I think it's an Ecliandra type Fuchsia ie.very small flowers & leaves to it ,possibly "Lottie Hobby". (Very hardy )

I also agree with David. In fact I think it may be Phygelius Rectus Devils Tears.(Cape Fuchsia)

I am going to confuse things now.:D I think Gogs`s Ecliandra could be in with a shout. Or, Zauschneria californica, the Californian Fuchsia. Labrador, could you please post a clearer image?
