Ice road

After all the snow we have had our road outside is now solid ice covered in rain.
Its great fun to drive on..

 

Blimey Capney, didn't realise you still had it bad up there. Been working out in the garden with no coat on today. Sun is shining & one of my strawberries is ripening.

 

You have my sympathy Capney. It's just the same here.
We still have plenty of snow lying around. The sun has been shining but the temps are still below zero.
Out in the lane the Coucil cleared the road and heaped all the snow up at the sides including half way across my entrance.
We had a few days with a bit of a thaw and melted snow just flowed across the road surface and foze into a sheet of ice. I won't drive on that .
No sign of it coming to an end - and more snow forecast :roll:

 

No more snow until Saturday...please
I have been invited to my ex works christmas bash again and I want the buses to run....

 

The snow here only disappeared properly in the last week. That road looks appalling Capney.
