ID (description no photo)

On the train going to a town called West Kirby, I often see some plants that have naturalised. I would describe them as being plants resembling the Brassica family, but giant.. maybe 7-8 feet tall.. a rounded head of leaves and big, fairly long stalks.. they are evergreen.. or have been this year.

Sort of like the first one but the leaves are similar to Alchemilla mollis except much bigger!

I think i know but can`t remember the name is related to geranium , it`s huge and grow near sea side , but can`t remember the name

It's huge yes, and actually fairly tender apparently, but theyve been invading our woodlang edge in the middle part of the peninsula

 

I go with the walking stick cabbages, called Couva Galega here.

 

Definitely not that Victoria, those leaves are too elongated. I'm starting to think it may be a type of gigantic Malva, but not sure of the type..

 

Actually, Stephen, I did think of a Malva .... I have some 2 meters tall ...
