ID needed please

could anyone identify this for me please?
My dad sent this picture of this plant which he wants in his garden
It's hardy in zone 3 (so pretty hardy) Edmonton Canada

possibly -Pulmonaria 'Trevi Fountain'

There are many named Pulmonaria.
Some have spotted leaves some plain green.
Some have long leaves..others rounder.
To say for sure which one it is is rather hard.
Some have blue flowers fading pink.
Others have deep blue flowers.
Others have pink flowers or white.
