You'm got me thinking now. What if you used a flame gun on Hemlock seedlings and breathed in the smoke...

@Zigs and @Marley Farley had strict instructions off hubby in future face to be fully rigged up [IMG] and I know why I went high[IMG] as he was watching me plus having no spec's on couldn't see the yellow flame :yikes: and it was mainly the blue I was burning so more fumes was coming off :dunno:...but if it comes back again i'll soon fry it...fully masked

Got to keep a nice image even gardening or setting yourself on fire [IMG]

Gail. Might it not have been safer to gently clear away the pebbles close to the plant, and then use the flame gun?

The Oxalis dieppe is the pink version and I use it in my garden. Very attractive.

I dig this stuff out but glyphosate will kill it. It seems to like hiding and growing in places out of sight. I'm not paranoid but I will get every single root out of my garden if it kills me!! :snorky:
Prob came to this garden from a purchased plant! I always check new plants for pests, weeds and diseases but not easy:noidea:

Mike I cleared away the pebbles the other day when I raked through it :thankyou:….yes I could do that again but the liner would go up in [IMG] and set my plants on fire :dunno:….mind you Mike it was a good hour of being [IMG] with no expense [IMG]

Hi @Zigs and @Marley Farley hubby and me sorted out the weed today...thank god [IMG]

All 3 lavender plants have been dug out and now in the bin...gravel was brushed a side and hubby lifted the dirt and even went down to the base of the sand from when the slabs was layed...the Oxalis weed was actually growing in and out through the liner and the main root was removed [IMG] and the one by the shed...he then made a platform for the dirt to be hit level...then he lined it with 3 layers of thick polythene as we had no liner available, I also had some calcium sand that needed going to the tip from out the gecko tank which was put down on top of the liners and he went to Wickes and brought some more pea gravel and all is done.
