        I'm certain it's a Wollemi pine , I have one but it's never really got going didn't put on any new growth last year.

            Hahaha ... brilliant thanks folks.

            a) I have seen them and should have recognised it! and
            b) I am trying to grow some from seed - but none have sprouted (supposedly easy, and I did pop them in some damp Vermiculite in the fridge for several weeks :(

            Keep us posted, some trees do seem to take forever to germinate despite what the packet says , good luck.. :thumbsup:

            A tip.. Don't put them where you keep horses as the horses here really ripped into the tree here so they built a guard around it..!! ;)

            The one I saw at Kew had a massive guard around it - no horses nearby though, so something else must have been planning to nick it!
