    Hi,

    Looks like a plum to me, sure others will help with the variety.

    The other plant looks like an Aubrieta, if it had small blue/purple flowers earlier ?

    If so, now is the time to chop all those bare stems almost down to ground level, you might think its dead but new growth will soon come up.
