    My first thought is a Euphorbia of some kind and there are hundreds but then again maybe not be..! :scratch: One for @Silver surfer i think Woo.. :scratch:;)

    Looks to me like possibly a winter damaged Yucca, difficult to get any idea of size.
    Does it have sharp points to the ends of the leaves?
