Solved ID please

    This was given to us last year by my mother in law as she had no room for it in her garden. She told us it was a climbing fuchsia but even I can see its not one of them.
    So, any idea what it is?

    I have a climbing Fuchsia so definately not that. Jocko could be right, we get lots of willow seedlings but they never survive to get that large
