    This looks like a form of Sansevieria cylindrica to me. There have been a few variants doing the rounds and I've seen this one several times - can't remember the cultivar though.

    Sanseveria, very tender.

    If it was hardy I think I would like one.

    Tend to think the more ordinary "mother in laws tongue" is a better looking plant, but thats a good talking point Dee.:thumb:

    Thanks Dave/Pete, its not mine, someone on another forum has tried to get it ID'd. and i was interested to know because i think its a Great Looking Plant... :)

    I tried the 'ordinary' one here outside several years ago .... and it didn't survive with me. :( I do have a fair amount of success with other houseplants that I think 'more delicate' however. :confused:

    Yup, and I disagree, Tweaky, I think they are extremely beatiful in their minimal way. Keeping my eyes open for a cheap offer myself! :D

    I Googled, and its deffo What Dave/Pete said, and Carlc you were on the right Lines, its a Succulent, oh, LoL I would of thought you could grow them in your climate, So i have no chance then :rolleyes: And Ivory apparently it only cost £6.00p. A bargain I think..:thumb:

    Our first domestic then Ivory, because I too think it is awful. I only hope no one falls on it

    I think we will just about manage to get through this rocky patch. We`ll make it darling I`m sure.

    Note-my handrangea cuttings are ............... STILL ALIVE--Hip Hip Hooray!
