    Hi Harry, the first one looks like a Sumac. I can't really make out the second one, so I'll leave that to someone else.. :dunno:

    Yes, the first one is a Rhus, commonly called a sumac tree.

    :scratch: Second one looks a bit fruit like.. Could be an apple trained aginst the fence..

    A bit blurry but I agree with Marley, it looks like a trained apple tree against that fence.

    Like everyone else I agree a Sumac / Rhus as we were overrun by them on the IoW but do apple trees have a lovely scent to them? :scratch:
