ID please

Could anyone tell me what this plant/weed is please? It's popping up all over, not sure if it's coming in from the empty house next door (garden is rather overgrown). Thanks

 

Looks like it could be Aquilegia (AKA Columbine, Grannies' Bonnets, etc.)

 

Looks like a bramble ( blackberry) to me. The leaves don't seem to have the bluey/greeny grey hint of colour to me.
Is it prickly ?

 

Some should be flowering soon, Meconopsis cambrica.

 

Sorry for the late reply, I've been out weeding! No prickles to be seen just lots of these things in varying sizes. Have left this one for the moment.
