Does anyone have an idea what this plant may be please?
It's popped up in my nieces garden, and she asked me if I knew what it was, but alas, as I'm still learning, I don't. Can any of you lovely people help with the identification please?

I'm tempted to ask my neice if I can have a section of it, as it would blend well in the natural area of the garden I keep for the wildlife. Actually, most of the garden is still natural at the moment......:snork:

It is really nice when new plants.

It does seed everywhere. I now pull most of it up at the end of the season. If I don't it gets a bit overwhelming. I transplant the seedling where I want it and pull out the original plant, which if left gets really thick woody roots that can be hard to remove, unlike the new ones which are easy to pull up. Also don't let it grow in walls you cannot get rid of it. I was warned about it on this forum earlier on the identification page. Mum has a small bit in her garden wall despite pulling it out and weed killer on multiple occasions it is still looking like it is staying.
