    Hello all.
I'm a brand new member as I've just signed up to find help for my mother in law who has just moved to a new home with a plant neither of us can name.
I was hoping someone could perhaps identify it for us, as she says its growing at an alarming rate.
If I've done it right, there should be two photographs below...[IMG]
    Many thanks.

    Hi Bb

Welcome to the forum , the shrub looks like

    Deutzia

Its a spring flowering shrub , very pretty can be pruned but anything you cut off now wont flower in the spring so best pruned when it has finished flowering
