    Remember me ?

Well I planted many seeds, and dug everything up about a month ago... And... Well... Only a few Carrots and one Parsnip survived, and they were pretty... How could I put it ? Small!! But I'm not giving up! I'll dig all the weeds up next time its sunny and plant the rest of my seeds and hope they have a better chance in our poor excuse of a summer!

So, whats been happening around here since I left a couple of months ago ? :cnfs:

    Hi :)
perhaps you were a little hasty in digging up your plants, you need patience:wink:
Its way to early to dig up parsnips and probably a bit early for some carrots. You may struggle to grow more from seed now...its kinda past the season for that I'm afraid.
Try again next year but dont be so quick to dig them up, spring planted parsnips are not ready until autumn and carrots put in during spring would only just be ready now. If you want to try something faster, you could try some rocket or mixed salad leaves in now that can be cut in about 3-4 weeks. :)

Well it so happens that I have Rocket seeds, so I'll maybe plant them.
