I'm new............

hi all,I'm new to all this and hope you can give me the benefit of your experience. This is my first year as a gardener and my seeds have all flowered. I feel as though I've given birth to them myself. Got a greenhouse a few months ago and had loads of fun sowing seeds, taking cuttings etc. I've been trying to say "hello" but cant seem to find the right way to do it.........fingers crossed.

 

Hi Dixy and welcome Everyones really friendly on this site. I too am new to gardening so understand what you mean - great sense of achievement isn't it? Had my 1st ever Day lily flower today... :D :D :D

 

thanks for the welcome windy miller, I didnt know how to place a message, that was my 3rd attempt! I know computers about as well as I know my ironing board..........got the same outlook as you re ironing! Hope to learn a lot from here. take care

thanks to all of you for the welcome.....I'm off to Scotland for a couple of weeks now and have left my other half with detailed instructions re: my garden!!! I'm HOPING to come back to a wondrous(?) display of colour.....OR ELSE!!! so I'll see you all then...could someone tell me if lillies I just planted will come again next year of will I have to lift them?
