Is it just me or does anyone else get a bit impatient at this time of year? every morning noon and night, I'm in the greenhouse checking to see if any of my seeds have sprouted yet.Closely inspecting the soil to see any glimmer of green.

Funny you should say that dalbuie...I was having a peep for the umpteenth time in the cold frame/mini greenhouse and heard laughter from across the way and comments about talking to plants etc:...so I'm proud to say,on behalf of all impatient gardeners, I gave them the Agincourt salute!! :D

If I talked to the plants in the greehouse and poly tunnel at work this morning I would need a megaphone! Just think of the din if 130,000 plants could talk back :D :D :D

I planted some seeds yesterday - first attempt at growing veggies in pots - I checked today for signs of growth. Can you believe it! Up here in the frozen north I'll be lucky to get any glimmer of green at all.

So if I feed them, talking to them won't be necessary? [IMG]
