Can anyone help me please ? About a month ago I bought a plant called Griselinia littoralis Variegata. The plant seems very healthy with lots and lots of new growth.

There were around twelve leaves on it that were disfigured with some kind of plant disease or pest, Ive cut all of them off. Below is photos of some of the infected leaves. Can anyone please tell me what seems to be the problem ?.
