Lovely location you live in inter [IMG] You ought to get yourself a boat and then you could sneak up on the wild life. I do, on my Sis in law's boat on the river Avon, during the Summer months.

    Hi Inter!

Great canal pics! Which canal is it, if you don't mind me asking. My mum used to spend a lot of time on the Kennet and Avon Canal with friends who had narrowboats. It was a nice, slow way of life and the amount of access to wildlife was amazing. Ducks used to hammer on the side of the boat every morning for you to get up and feed them!

The swan's nest is a great photo. James and I saw a swan's nest on our Millbrook walk - it had been hedged off with 'men at work' orange tape fencing, to keep people from going too close to it. Mum was sitting by with a few eggs soaking up the sunshine!

Ahhhhh Lambs in jackets!!!! (And not the potato variety!) That takes me back to lambing days. Good to see a caring farmer- especially with the forecast North winds.

Great pics Inter and thanks for visiting Cookie Corner again too!
