No! Another recycled throw away item dumped in street. It's a Futon that I painted and created the angles on top. He he. ImageUploadedByTapatalk1443618479.478286.jpg

This fence and gate were found a few doors away and dumped as the occupants were having a wall built. Found while walking dog one night. Looks better after painting yesterday. ImageUploadedByTapatalk1443618622.135795.jpg

I can't believe people are dumping these things in the street Rustler, it's good to see you're making use of them though! :dbgrtmb:

The refuge collectors here will take most things as long as put in right place for collection next day. I take an extended dog walk the night before to make their day easier for them by halving their workload. Ha ha!!!

We have the same going on here. Once a month up to 3 large items are collected by the town. Our recycle bins are scavenged every week for metal items that fetch a constant source of income for those willing to take and deliver to scrap dealers.

we call our scavenger the tin lady.

Hey Lori! I don't go that far and only take what I can use. He he. Ours is twice a week with an agreement to leave items in a set area. We have a few trucks come round trying to beat the local council to the metal and saleable items. It's funny to see them selecting what is salvageable.
