Lol I haven't done anything to it

A month or two ago we over seeded the lawn and I watered it daily for two weeks until it started coming through. Haven't watered the lawn mug since then...maybe that's the issue?

Well, I've done all sorts to an established lawn, (grass), put skips on it, piled rubble on it in summer etc. and usually, once it rains properly, it comes back OK.

There might be something buried underneath that bit that makes the soil shallow.
You have to try very hard to kill grass.

Water it regularly over the next few weeks JoeyJoJo and it should recover if it's still alive. If there's no signs of life then you'll find yourself re-seeding again. :)
