Is my hebe ok.?

    Hi, I’ve got a type of hebe which I don’t know if it’s ok or not, the leaves had died on it but not fallen off so I pulled the leaves of it but does it need cutting back.? Thanks 198D02CF-AD95-4C51-B333-70032BB562E4.jpeg

    You can cut it back but the plant could possibly be dead, they didn't do well in the extra low temperatures in December.
